This policy explains how we prepare, ship, track, and support your order after purchase.
1. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment.
Most orders are reviewed, packed, and transferred to our shipping partners within up to 3 business days.
Please note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will usually begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time & Fees
Standard delivery typically takes 10â20 business days worldwide after your order has been processed and shipped.
A flat standard shipping fee of $5.99 USD applies per order unless otherwise stated at checkout or during a promotional event.
The final shipping cost will be shown clearly before you complete payment.
3. Possible Shipping Delays
Although we work with reliable shipping partners, delivery times may sometimes be affected by factors outside our control.
These may include:
- Customs inspections
- Carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Holiday or peak-season volume
- Local delivery disruptions
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details

4. Tracking Your Order
After your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent. In some cases, tracking updates may take 24â72 hours to appear.
5. Partial Shipments
If your order includes multiple products, your items may be shipped separately from different warehouses or fulfillment locations.
This helps us process your order more efficiently and may allow some items to arrive sooner.
Each shipment will receive its own tracking number when applicable.
6. Order Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, phone number, name, product option, size, color, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.
Change requests should be sent within 12 hours after placing your order.

7. Missed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to complete delivery, a delivery notice may be left, or your package may be held at a local post office, pickup point, or carrier facility.
Please check your tracking number first and contact the local delivery provider for pickup or redelivery instructions.
Ceanwaynes is not responsible for packages returned, delayed, or lost due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Incomplete delivery information
- Failure to collect the package
- Unsuccessful delivery attempts
8. If Your Shipment Takes Longer Than Expected
If your order appears delayed, please first check the tracking page.
If tracking has updated within the past 7 days, the package is likely still moving through the normal delivery process.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to product availability.
However, packages marked as âDeliveredâ by the carrier are not covered as lost in transit.
If your tracking status shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or household members
- Looking around your porch, mailbox, front desk, garage, or building reception area
- Contacting the local carrier directly for delivery confirmation
Ceanwaynes is not responsible for packages lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
10. Shipping Origins & Destinations
Ceanwaynes offers shipping to many international destinations.
In rare cases, if we are unable to ship to your country or region, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Depending on inventory availability and logistics arrangements, orders may ship from fulfillment centers or trusted suppliers located in regions such as the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, or other locations.
This helps us maintain product availability, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery service.

Delivery timelines are estimated and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, weather, or other events beyond our control are not the responsibility of Ceanwaynes.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by local authorities.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Ceanwaynes is not liable for orders delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delivered Packages
Once tracking confirms that an order has been successfully delivered, Ceanwaynesâ shipping responsibility is considered complete.
We are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after confirmed delivery.
